LM76202-Q1: Fault to Input or Output?

Hi Team,

Plase help me understand why in the LM76202-Q1EVM the Fault leg is connected to Vout in stead of Vin?

In my schematic I connected it to the Vin so the Fault LED will work properly and unconditionally to Vout.

Hello Moral,

/FLT is open drain circuit. It asserts in case of fault. It can be pulled up to both VIN, VOUT or an independent voltage source.
