Is there other package for this device? Customer is not preferring to use BGA type as it process issue and high failure rate in customer manufacturing.

Or is there similar function for Type C application?

This is the only package for this device.

However, our PDs don't require the TPS66020 if this customer is interested in moving to one of our PDs.

What is the application? I may be able to recommend a part for this customers needs.

it's for the servo MD drive. Currently customer is selecting below sockets for type C PD. Is there total solution you can offer without TPS66020? thanks.
