Tool/software:

For TPS7B8633BQ, do you have specifications or data for VOUT = 3.3 V, IOUT = 0 mA to 375 mA, slew rate = 0.1 A/µs or similar condition?

(I found some data for slew rate=0.1A/us in datasheet but IOUT is smaller than my usage condition.)

    Hi Yang,

    It looks like the data we have that most closely matches your test conditions would be the 0mA to 500mA 1A/µs data shown in Figures 6-24 and 6-25. Overshoot and undershoot for this data is likely to exceed what your use case will experience. The 150mA to 350mA 0.1A/µs test data shown in Figure 6-23 should help provide lower bounds as well.
