Hi Epzkon,

We do not characterize this value typically but would expect it would be in the 100's pF. Are you trying to calculate a snubber RC network with this information? If so, you can follow https://www.ti.com/document-viewer/lit/html/SSZTBC7 to estimate the effective parasitic capacitance from SW to GND.
