We faced issue with currently available model.

Hi Ajay,

We do not have a direct model available for this part. However, you can use the model for LP2951-Q1 and set the values for the resistor divider externally to get the 3.3V output. Alternatively, you can use the model for LP2951N-33QDRGRQ1. This was National Semiconductor's device number before TI acquired it. It has the same performance as the part you referred to above.

This error is common when you use encrypted models with an out of date version of PSpice or LTSpice. Can you confirm you have an encrypted model?
