Hello

Any one have designing and simulations for interleaved boost converter With ZVT. Is it good to implement ZVT on a 20KHz boost converter as it is of 25KW and 700V output interleaved Boost Converter is used.

    25kW 700V is relatively high voltage and high power, and 20kHz is relatively low frequency. Are you considering using MOSFETs or IGBTs in such applications? Most likely in such applications, IGBTs may be used. ZVT or ZVS seem to me more beneficial to MOSFETs. Is my understanding correct?
