LM5156H: Isolated flyback problem

Part Number: LM5156H
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP22764

Tool/software:

Hi,

I've designed an isolated flyback circuit, which gets 12V and outputs 56V/600mA.

I used PMP22764 as a reference design, and modified it.

Schematics:

Flyback_Sch_040325.pdf

The schematics was already reviewed by Moritz.

Datasheet of the transformer:

APPS_AE-SFD20045_B.pdf

I have a problem, that my output is only 10.5V, with no load.

So far I measured:

BIAS =~ 12.1V

EN/UVLO =~ 1.8V

VCC =~ 7V

I've measured the voltage of D22 and I found it to be 4.7V, instead of expected 5.1V (I think I need to make R75 smaller to get higher current).

Please kindly guide me through to debug it. Which information/plots/measurements do you need?

Thanks,

Matan
