TPS7A3001-EP: ramp up speed

Tool/software:

Using TI spice, the part ramps up to a 3V output no faster than about 1msec, with no SS/NR cap installed.

But according to the data sheet formula below:

if iCL max = 330mA (typ.) Vo should ramp up in 200usec. with a Cout of 22uF.

Why does the simulation show 1msec?

    Hello,

    May I ask where you got the equation you are referring to above? Would you please point it out to me in the datasheet?

    Where did you get the TI Spice model for the device? Was this added to library externally?

    Could you please share a picture of the simulated schematic?
