Hi TI,

I need the dimensional information or a step file for the LM65645EVM for a project I'm working on.

The design files for this EVM is not publicly available. There is another thread asking this (almost) same question LM65645EVM: EVM Design Files - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums, but it seems to have been solved outside of the forum.

Perhaps add this to the product page?

Are you looking for the package drawing of the IC itself or the PCB files for the EVM ??

Hi Frank,

No not the package drawing, the EVM design files. Preferably a step file of the PCBA if possible.
