We need a power module with below specifications.

1)Input voltage -5V

Output voltage-0.68V

Load current-100A

With PMbus feature and output voltage margining provisions. It can be either single module or stacked module with lower ripple and better transient response.

2) Input voltage-5V

Output voltage-0.75V

Load current-60A

With PMbus feature and output voltage margining provisions. It can be either single module or stacked module with lower ripple and better transient response.

Hi S Sathya shree,

TPSM846E25 would be a suitable option for your conditions. It is our newest module which RTM's in Q1 2026. It features up to 50A load current and can be stacked. It also uses PMbus operations, and supports your Input voltage and output voltage conditions. Please let me know if this works for you, and I can provide you with more details.

Hi Calan Elaya,

Please provide the datasheet for the part which you have suggested. Can't able to get the datasheet and also suggest another part with input of 12V instead of 5V with our specifications.

Below is the product page (includes datasheet) for the TPS546E25:

The TPS546E25 is the IC/Converter that directly correlates to the Module TPSM846E25. I am attaching the TPS546E25 because the specs are nearly the same for both the converter and the upcoming module. Some parameters may be somewhat different since the inductor is fixed on the module. The module datasheet is still in development, but you can refer to the IC datasheet.

This works for 5Vin and 12Vin.
