    Hi Elyse, Thanks for your question!

    I want to let you know that there is no attached specs to thread but I was able to find the datasheet online. 

    TPS3823-33DBVR seems like P2P with APX823-31W5G-7. The only thing I need mention is the threshold is slightly different. APX823-31 has 3.08V threshold, and TPS3823-Q1 has 2.93V.

    I recommend checking APX823 datasheet to understand their output topology. It is not clear enough to highlight that info. TPS3823 has CMOS output.
