LM5034: How to reduce the rise and fall time?

Part Number: LM5034

Tool/software:

Hi,

                  I have used LM5034 for 250W (28VIN and 50VOUT) conversion module.

Inorder to increase efficiency, I have to reduce the switching losses of the primary N-CH MOSFET.

To do so, reduction in rise and fall times is indeed.  The rise and fall times of the MOSFET (BSC220N20NSFDATMA1),  I have used is attached.

The same for the LM5034 gate drivers are also attached.

But, the observed rise and fall times are around 50ns. (Refer below waveform)

Note: The gate series resistance of this MOSFET is 0 ohms (20 mohms).

The power loss for the MOSFETs are given below.

We have used planar transformer.  So, the transformer can't be changed or altered.  The turns ratio if 1:5.3 ( VIN range - 16V to 36V).

Intra winding structure has been followed.

Kindly give some tips to reduce power loss.
