Dear TI-Team,

I am going to use the LMG2100R026 on my next design, but cannot find the dimensions of the footprint in the datasheet. I know that it is possible to get it from Ultra Librarian, but I need the original drawings at least to verify it. Could you please send me the proper technical drawings?

Hi John,

exactly plus pad, solder mask and paste stencil drawings, if possible. The ones in your picture are from the LMG2100R044, right? I got some drawings from my Field Application Engineer, meanwhile, but they seem very preliminary, lack some measures and IMHO have at least one wrong value. I think I managed to generate a proper footprint with the help of the 3D-file, but a complete drawing would still be nice to finalize my data set, even if it takes some time.

Okay, thanks for confirming, yes the image above is taken from LMG2100R044. Let me consult with our packaging team to see if we can find early access to the Ultra Librarian file.
