Hi TI Team,

I am using BQ40Z50 EVM board and have configured it for a 2S2P setup. However, I am encountering an issue where the RSOC always stays at 100%, while both RC and FCC remain at 0mAh.

RSOC only drops to 0% when an FD event occurs, but as soon as I start charging, it immediately jumps back to 100%. Even when charging up to 4.1V, RC still remains at 0mAh.

I have attached my gg file settings, log data, and cell specifications for reference. Could you help identify what might be incorrectly configured?

Hello,

It appears that you have not successfully completed the learning cycle. Please correctly match your cells with a chemID by using the GPCCHEM tool and following the tool's user's guide. Once you match your cells with a chemID with a DoD % error less than 3%, you will then need to follow the guidelines in the Achieving the Successful Learning cycle document to complete the learning cycle.

Only once you successfully complete the learning cycle should you refer to the SOC, RemCap, FCC, and other gauging measurements.
