Hi Fabio

The soft start time is 5ms for TPS54302. The iL need to charge Cout to Vout during Tss. so the OCP might happen during start up under large Cout (~mF).

iC=C*dv/dt, so the iL charging Cout will be 0.33A. Should be ok.

There should be no risk for the 220uF Cin.
