    Hi Alice,

    The RS86810 looks like an integrated driver + FET module. Our product line focuses on gate drivers without FET integration. I believe the motor drive team will be able to help better, so I will be redirecting this thread to their team.

    Hi,

    I am in motor drive. RS86810 is 3MHz driving- kind of switching regulator (called Half bridge Power stage in REED datasheet).

    Motor driver is normally ~20KHz, or ~200KHz in rare case. 3MHz is not our product range. 

    I would like suggest you to post to switching regulator E2E.
