Before making my request, let me briefly introduce myself.

I am a member of the Sensor Biz team at Samsung Electronics.

Our team is currently working on setting up a simulation bench for our image sensor using an LDO model and channel.

We would like to use a TI LDO as our reference power source and would appreciate it if you could provide the ADS spice model for simulation.

I haven't specified a part number, as I am unsure whether your company provides ADS models for all LDOs.

Hi Kihyun,

We have provided ADS models for specific LDOs on occasion, but most of our models are for PSpice. If an unencrypted PSpice model can be imported into ADS, it may be possible to use one of the released models to simulate.

Hi Alex,

We have tried to apply the unencrypted PSPICE file on our ADS, but didn't work.

Would it be possible to get the list of the ADS models that TI has provided to the customer?

Since we are also using the Spectre, Spectre model also be helpful.

My apologies for the delay. It sounds like there is a separate request from Samsung for this model that came in via email. That request is in progress internally but may take some time to complete.
