TPS2069C: Ambient Temp

Is there compatible device with ISL6186 ?In the d/s of the TPS2069C, the amb temp is 85degree. and the OP temp is 125degee. Is OP temp equal to junction temp? 

Is there similar part and amb. temp up to 105degree?

    I see there are different variants of the ISL6186. Can you clarify the OPN so I know which TI device is a suitable alternative?

    To answer your questions, yes the OP temp, -40C~125C, is equivalent to the junction temp.

    The max ambient temp for USB power switches is 85C and the max operating junction temp is 125C.

    1. Since customer would like to use this USB SW on the industrial MD application, so the 105degree for ambient temp is required. Is there suited one device? The key concern of this USB sw is that ambient temp >=105degree.

    2. On the TPS2069D as below diagram with yellow color marked, The OP temp is 105degree and Tj is 125degree. They're not matched to what you mentioned.

    The discrepancy in the TPS2069D datasheet is an error. Thank you for letting us know, we'll be sure to update this.

    I understand that the USB switch is to use for an industrial application, which will require ambient temp range to go up to 105C. However, the max ambient temp for USB power switches is 85C and the max operating junction temp is 125C.

    Perhaps you can try reaching out to the Power Switches team from LP-PS.
