Please tell me that this IC is correct TPSI2140QDWQRQ1 for Isolation detection for BMS as my battery pack voltage is 150 Volts. And please tell me the correct IC and the procedure of Isolation Detection for my BMS. This will be used in Automotive

    TPSI2140QDWQRQ1 is commonly used for isolation detection in BMS applications and should work in your 150V system.

     Want to clear that I am using BMS IC bq79731-q1 .And for that I want to clear that I want to do isolation detection for my 150 volts battery pack. I have to use external circuit with TPS12140-q1 solid state relay and OPAM circuit as present in the reference design of TIDA-01513. Or is there any feature in BQ79731-q1 IC to measure high voltage and calculate insulation resistance with tps12140-q1 as there is present in EVM schematic of TPS12140-q1. Please respond my query. And please give the design of Bq79731 and evaluation deign as i requested but not responded .And BQ79731-IC have Enable Pin ?  to enable digital Isolator .Please clear it Otherwise the  above schematic I shared is from TIDA-01513 and there OPAM and other circuitry used isolated supply and many more s shared in the schematic also. Please clear it

    I took a brief look at the schematic you shared, and it looks very similar to the following schematic for leakage current measurement in TIDA-01513: 

    Can you confirm that this is the schematic that you were following in your 150V BMS design?

    The TPSI2140-Q1 datasheet includes a detailed design procedure for using the part in Insulation Resistance Monitoring (detection) applications:
