Is there a Calculator or Webench for the TPS55287 (4A buck-boost) converter?

I see tools for the TPS55289 and TPS55288, but these are higher current devices and do not account for the lower switch current limit of the TPS55287.

Hi Shawn,

Please use TPS55289 excel tool for calculation. They are the same excluding the average current limit.

OK, why not add a pull-down to change the average current in the datasheet to help select the appropriate inductor. The TPS55289 inductor needs a higher Isat than the TPS55287 and would be more expensive/costly than one needed for the TPS55287. Correct?

Yes! You suggestion is right. TPS55287 need a 4A inductor while TPS55289 needs a 8A inductor. We will consider your suggestion if we have revision plan. Thanks.
