TPS55289: TPS55289EVM-093 is not working, I2C no Ack

Hi Guys,

We procured two pcs TPS55289EVM-093 from Mouser and Digi-key respectively.

Both of them are not working.

we use AMD FPGA to drive TPS55289EVM-093. I2C is 100KHz.(Oscilloscope Waveform is shown below)

Input volt is +24V, after power on, we confirmed EN is high (about +10.5V) and VCC is about +5.2V. (Jumper setting on EVM is shown below)

Could you guys kindly help me??

based on this waveform, I am sure my FPGA outputs the correct addr. (0x74)

But, why no ack??

Hi Zan,

Thank you for reaching out. I2C input low threshold should be lower than 0.4V. Please try to lower the low level voltage value.
