Hi,

We only use the BQ25730's adapter without battery, now, we test the board in the -30℃ ambient temperature and there are about 3V dropping output voltage,

As we know, the normal operating temperature range of BQ25723 is -40℃ to -120℃, and please advise how to solve this issue, thanks.

Yes, we refer to the VSYS voltage;

Please refer to below waveform, the Vsys is 9.2V without the battery, and the red line is VSYS(9.2V), the blue line and yellow line are the VBUS (19V),

Hi, Zhang,

I see the VSYS is constant at 9.2V, mininum system voltage level. The wigglings in the middle of the scope screen, we call it noise. It happened in high frequency. It might be from the measurement or equipment. I don't see any harm through.

You mean it is the measurement equipment issue when the temperature lower than -30℃, and BQ24723 is fine?
