Hi,

I wanna ask how to solve the error of SMB Bad PEC VB_T2H_UNKNOWN.I just key in Write SMB Word,00 SMB Command and 0F00 Word (hex).After that,I have press "write" button.Originally,the flags is green colour.After press,it became no colour like the picture below shown.

    Hello,

    We stopped doing maintenance in bqEVSW GUI. The support is very limited when customer are using this tool.
    The people who used to work in these tools are not in the team anymore. If it is a SMBus reading issue, I would start by checking why there's no comms. 

    Please transfer to bqStudio GUI. Note the gauge you are using might not be compatible with bqStudio.
