TPSM861253: Output ripple is huge.

Hello,

I designed 3.3v power block using TPSM861253, and the output ripple is almost 4~5V as below.

The input of 12V, EN and the output of 3.3V are captured. (there is no load, only with 22uF output capacitor.)

I have difficulty to analyze this failure because this is a fully-integrated buck part, please help me.
