I have a question regarding:TPS4H160-Q1.
At what current can the TPS4H160-Q1 be operated simultaneously on all 4 channels?
Best would be to understand the behavior at maximum temperature. Unfortunately, due to the high R_DS_on, there is a lot of power loss here.
Can you please comment on this?

Hello Rosario,
The current rating for each channel is listed in the recommended operating conditions. In addition, the channels can be used in parallel.

The current per channel would be sufficient. I'm just not sure if we could operate all 4 channels at the same time with almost the maximum current. In our case, approx. 2A are required per channel. When I calculate the power loss for the block P_Loss = I² * R_DS_on with the R_DS_on from the data sheet I get 1.12W per channel, so 4.48W for the entire component. That seems quite high to me. This is of course due to the high R_DS_ON, which is sometimes significantly lower for comparable blocks.
