Hello,

I have the same issue with the BQ797xx-Q1 Installer version 2.0.3. After installation the application just doesn't run on my laptop HP EliteBook series with win 11. I have tried it with win 10 but the same thing.

It is just not execute. I have seen there is a tread regarding the Bq79718 which is solved but I am not able to see the solution for the fix.

Please advice!

    Hi Bucur,

    Could you please specify the procedure when you are doing in installing the BQ797xx-Q1 GUI. 

    Please check if a computer restart would change the application behavior. As a workaround, please use BQ797XX, which is an online GUI version. Note that the online version would require additional installation of TI Cloud Agent.
