TPS59641: GPU supply is not coming

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

We are using TPS59641 in one of our design which includes Intel Atom E3800 processor.

We are able to generate CPU supply but GPU supply is not coming. It looks like PWM for GPU is not coming from controller.

Below is the schematic:

Please let me know what could be the issue for GPU supply is not generated.
