    Please see my comments below. As the battery charger expert I cannot specifically comment on optimal device choice for boost DC/DC IC in your system. I recommend making another post specifically asking about TPS63806 in the title. 

    With that said the general power path flow looks good for a 5V Vout rail. I would like to point out you will not be able to have a 5V @ 3A output and charge the battery at the same time. BQ25622E can support a maximum of 3.25A input current draw, so between need to charge and power lose in both charger IC and boost DC/DC the design will not be able to support 3A output current draw and charge the battery at the same time.
