TPS650864: PMIC 1.8V is not coming up

Part Number: TPS650864

Tool/software:

Hi

WE are using TPS6508641RSKT in our design to power up zynq ultrascale XQZU19EG-2FFQB1517I FPGA. We have not used buck5 and hence we have left the pin 20 LX5 NC and grounded FB5 as per schematics checklist from TI. Now we are getting 5V and 0.85V and after that no other voltages are coming up from the PMIC. Please let us know how to enable the other voltages? We are currently testing our boards.

  • Hi Prema,

I provided the reply to this in other thread. Sorry for the confusion but the checklist is referring to when a rail is not used in the sequence or when it is disabled. From the power up sequence you can clearly see that Buck6 output is gated by Buck5 PG.
