Hi team, 

My customer is asking a precision reference for 16 bit ADC. They want both 3.3V and 1.65V, accuracy is better to lower than 1mV. 

I promoted REF2033, but the max recommended output capacitor is only 10uF. This 16 bit ADC suggest place a at least 22uF capacitor. 

Could you help check a suitable one?

    Hello Ethan,

    If a 22µF output capacitor is needed, you could use REF2033 with a low noise no drift buffer op amp, such as OPA333 or a similar op amp, to allow for a higher load capacitor. 

    Some non-dual output voltage reference options are:

    REF5025EIDR: 2.5V up to 100µF

    REF6033IDGKR: 3.3 V up to 47µF

    REF5030AIDR: 3V up to 50µF
