We plan to use this part in 3-phase full wave rectification by replacing all six diodes in a 3KW peak power design. The AC voltage is 24VAC, and all phases will be active to support the total load.
Do you see any challenges in this configuration? As the datasheet says that conduction is through body diode for 2% of the time, a MOSFTE shall be appropriately chosen.
