PMU problem of registers access from address group 0x48 (USB module)

Hello,

I'm trying to read registers from address group 0x48, the only register I have access to, is 0xFE : PHY_CLK_CTRL

According to TPS65930/TPS65920 OMAP™ Power - Management and System Companion Devices Silicon Revision 1.2 Version F Technical Reference Manual - there are pre-requirement in order to access the regular Registers (section 14.4.3 Register Access and Arbitration Scheme) .I have trouble with some, for example IFC_CTRL[3] clocksuspendm bit is low – which means that I work in low-power mod, I tried effecting it by setting to zero the VUSB_DEDICATED2[3] vusb3v1_sleep bit, with no success..

 

Any  idea , what's missing??
