Hi team,
I built the circuit as per the EVM and performed an ESD test, and when 0.5kV was applied, the TPS2660 broke.
After this, I looked at the circuit and found that the TVS diode has a clamping voltage of about 82V, which is over the absolute maximum rating of the TPS2660.
I thought this is not appropriate as ESD protection.
Please let me know if there is any other recommended protection method.
The input voltage is about 48V ±10%.
