Can I cancel the IT Enable command?
I accidentally sent the IT Enable command without following the procedure described in SLUA334B, so I would like to restart the learning process.

This might not be the only way but it's the only way I know about - program a clean firmware. For this reason, I create "golden" files frequently, so that I could return to a previous state if needed.

to disable the IT enable command you would need to be in UNSEALD within the gauge, and go to learnedstatus(): 0x63 and bit 2 to and the bit to 0 (from green to red within BQStudio)
