    Hello,

    No, the TPS65987 does not communicate SPI with anything other than a SPI Flash used for storing the config. There TPS65987 is not capable of communicating UART with the CH347 either.

    Please understand that the TPS65987 does not act as a USB endpoint, and does not do anything regarding Data on the USB2 lines. 

    The USB2 (D+/D-) connections on the TPS65987 are only used for supporting BC1.2, a legacy USB-C charging scheme. If BC1.2 is not needed, you can disconnect these pins.
