TPS54538: Switch PFM/FCCM mode in working status

Hi, expert:

  Does the TPS54538 support switch PFM/FCCM mode through change the external resistor during the working status? 

  Besides, Is the current compensation and voltage compensation working together inside TPS54538 or only voltage compensation?

    Hi Hailey,

    Mode cannot be changed during the working statues.

    The mode setting only be read with a short time at soft start. Then it would be fixed.

    I am not getting your point on  current compensation and voltage compensation. For this device, it is a peak current mode control.
