Could you help me suggest how to charge two independent batteries, both of which are three in series and one in parallel.

Customers want NVDC = power adapter / main battery / secondary battery three output sources

Thanks for your suggestion, if the application is dual battery, adaptor 65w, 3cell x2

1. If two sets of Charger ICs are used, are there any products with built-in MOSFET to reduce space?

2. Can I use only one set of charging IC to charge two sets of batteries in turn? Is there any recommended method?

I would recommend looking into BQ25798.

This should be possible, but I would recommend paring with a fuel gauge for cell balancing
