If I use Type-C input voltage (PD Max 100W), will it use BATT (TP3) as the output?

Can I pin out a wire from the TP3 pin and charge a device, such as a tablet or laptop?

If it is Default's TPS25750EVM, what is the voltage range that BQ25731 can output?

Is it adjusted according to the picture below? or I need to rewrite the firmware using the GUI?

    TP3 is used to connect an external battery/battery simulator when evaluating a 100W application. See description from EVM User's Guide.
