Hi All,


I have a question about the TPS62808.

The graph below shows the efficiency results using a 2016 size inductor, but are there any results using smaller size inductors?

For example, DFE21CCN, DFE2012, etc.

    Hello Shuji,

    thanks for reaching out in E2E.

    We don't have efficiency data for smaller size inductors on this IC.

    I would expect that the efficiency will be reduced when the DC resistance of the inductor is increased (due to smaller size).

    Best efficiency can be achieved with lowest inductor DCR.
