About BQ24195 design and quiescent current,

Since the quiescent current of BQ25619 is close to 15uA, we tried to use BQ24195 instead.

1.Can the PMID pin be used to charge the earbuds in the earbud charging case?

2.What is High-Z Mode,

3.Please provide details on how to get a 5uA quiescent current?

Hi,

1. PMID is OTG boost output.

2. High impedance mode (HIZ) with REGN LDO off.

3. VBAT=4.2V, VBUS=0V, then measure BAT current.

Hi Ning

I found the BQ25628, which has better features. Could you help me check again?

1.The BQ25628 MOSFET Q1 can be disabled in OTG mode?
2.When PMID is disabled and BATFET is enabled, the quiescent current is lower than that of the BQ25618?

Hi,

1. Q1 is off in OTG mode. Only PMID is the boost output.

2. PMID can't be disabled. Please refer to the Id specs on the d/s.
