BQ76952: OTP fails at undocumented address 0x0800

Hello,

I am trying to flash new OTP settings on a BM76952, but the write fails at address 0x0800 which is undocumented.

I believe I should be able to perform a second write, as I did it in the past, I don't understand why I am getting this error.

Is there a way to check what is happening?

After leaving it rest for an hour I was able to flash.. Can I know anyway what is the memory 0x0800?

Hello Marco,

This usually indicates that you've exceeded the amount of OTP writes that can be done for the register/device.

I am not entirely sure what is 0x0800 in this case nor why it showed up for you and yet you were still able to program after a few hours.
