Tool/software:

I'm testing one bq79616evm as a base device using the resistor ladder and I have checked with the avometer and the testpoints and the voltage is divided equally,
but when I try to connect it to the laptop using the usb2any it says failed to connect and shows this error

    Hi Mohammed,

    If this error is only shown when the USB2ANY is connected the EVM. then this error usually means the USB2ANY connector that connects to the EVM is upside down. 

    If the USB2ANY is not connected to the EVM, then this means the USB2ANY is likely broken.
