TPS25751: Regarding the PPS of the TPS25751

Part Number: TPS25751

Tool/software:

Hi team,

When replacing the battery charger in the diagram below with a programmable DC-DC converter, can the device enable PPS as PD3.1?

In that case, is there any reference design for a programmable DC-DC converter?

Best regards,

Kyohei

  • Hello,

No.  At this time the only the I2C event table only supports these devices:

In that case, is there any reference design for a programmable DC-DC converter?

There is no reference design for a DC-DC converter.  What is available today is the EVM.  The PD communicates the negotiate PPS contract voltage to the BQ through the I2C bus.
