We passed on your comments to the customer who replied:

"Can you please confirm the pad finish on TI part we bought from you? 

On the packing list below for TPD611787RNWR looking at the date

      sheet it advises to contact TI to confirm the finish and also on the PCN

      copy attached it advises from the date of the PCN ( June 2022) the finish

      has changed from NiPdAu (G3) to Matte SN (G4) apparently the G3/G4 ref

      should be on the packing label.

      Are you able to confirm via the date code what the parts were please.

     We have a potential issue with a c/m and we need clarification of the pad

      finish to assist in resolving it."

The pad finish usually is listed on the shipping packaging bag when customer received, it would be a little hard for us to know what is the pad finish, we have to connect with factory in US, it will take a very long time to get factory's support.

So I think it would be better to check the information on packaging bag. The pad finish information is just close to TI's logo in bag.
