Looking at the schematic, what is the purpose of R7 between D+ and D-? Also, R2 = 36 kOhm means current limit is only 896 mA. Is this the intention?
In addition to R2 consideration above, SPT1 can be improved by shorting VSET to GND. This will enable the cable compensation feature. They can also increase the capacitance on the SENSE side of the power inductor. For 2.1 MHz fSW, datasheet recommendation is 3x22uF.
TD.4.2.1 sounds like a VIF error. Just change the VIF to indicate VCONN is supported.
I'm not sure about TD4.2.1 and TD4.2.6. Assuming no fault conditions are present, Rp advertisement should be present on both CC pins.
