I use a PMIC but the number of outputs are not enough. I need a discrete power solution for a single LPDDR4 or LPDDR4x. There are two rails, 1V1 (VDD2)) with 1A max and 0V6 (VDDQ) with 0.6A max.
Can you please suggest a solution?
Vin is 5V. I will need enable pin to control the power sequence. Small size is desired, even WLCSP or small QFN. It would be nice if I can use the same part number for both rails.
