Thank you for updating official datasheet.

Is a new version of TPS923653 Excel calculator available or V1 p2 is still the latest one? The reason why I ask is because version 1p2 does not calculate RCOMP and CCOMP. It also does not calculate ROP1/ROP2 - just validates. I am not certain but I think in the new datasheet rev B OVP threshold values changed slightly.

A practical question: LCD backlight specs usually provide this data: LED current (min, max, typ) and LED voltage (min, max, typ). How do I correctly calculate ROP1/ROP2 based on this?

Btw, I think one likely mistake has not been fixed. In section 8.2.1.2.1 Inductor Selection 500kHz frequency is used while according to Table 7-1. Switching Frequency vs. RFSET Resistor Value frequency 500kHz is not available.
