Under the condition of the same parameters, Ti's High-side switch controllers and Low-side switches products have smaller volumes than IFX and ST. I wonder if any special process is used?

Do you mean that TI's packages and footprints are smaller? Each company has their own manufacturing processes, but of course TI's are the best which in part allows for smaller devices and thus higher component and power density.

These devices are validated against AEC Q100, ESD, and other common industry standards which are specified in the data sheet.
