I'd like to test Line and Load regulation characteristic using LM5149-EVM.

However, there are no reference waveforms in our datasheet.

Would you provide a good reference to measure Line/Load Regulation?

Hello Jamie,

Just plot for a given VIN, say for a fixed input voltage of 24V and IOUT increasing and extrapolate VOUT over IOUT increasing. This is Load reg.

Then plot for a given fixed IOUT, for 24, 36, 48V the VOUT.

Hello Jamie,

Line regulation measures change in output voltage, for a fixed load, while the input voltage is varied.

Load regulation measures change in output voltage, for a fixed input voltage, while the load is varied.
