Tool/software:

This component lists the maximum Tj as “Internally Limited”. What does this note imply? What temperature is the max Tj of the part?

    Hello Carlos,

    Sorry for the delay.

    TPS22997 has TSD (Thermal shut down) where device shuts off when temp goes above 170 degC.

    So, you can consider max Tj as 170 degC. You can check the hysteresis, min and max value on EC table on datasheet.
